|Recommended: YesLove Love Love — I am completely obsessed with this building. They pay so much attention to detail, and are always putting on fun activities. From Margrarita’s and Improv on Thursday night to Hot Cocoa and Cookies for the holidays, they never cease to amaze me The recreational areas are absolutely stunning and so well kept. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. My only complaints with the unit itself are that the sinks in the restroom and kitchen are built awkwardly so there is a lot of splash back when washing dishes or your hands sounds minor, but important , and that the walls inside the apartment unit itself are super thin. The other complaint is lack of communication with residents on important issues. I think that if there is a potentially dangerous situation taking place, residents need to know to shelter in place instantly, not hours after the fact. But for the most part I am LOVING this place and hope to live here for several years to come None of the cons would deter me from living here, and they shouldn’t deter you either because it is amazing here

|Recommended: YesBeautifully done, technology and customer service lacking — The building is beautiful, the apartment and the amenities are top notch. Everything is clean. It has been difficult contacting anyone in the office for assistance. Phone rings several times and goes unanswered even when there is someone sitting at the desk. Voicemails aren't returned in timely fashion. Technical upgrades like key fobs and pin pads are difficult Key fobs take several attempts to work, some pin pads around the building aren't working. Unfortunately i've seen several groups of residents and friends or just residents not adhering to COVID-19 mask wearing policy.
|Recommended: YesI Love it — The only thing i have an issue with is the managements and front desk. It is so hard to get a hold of them. other than that its tolerable and i love it here

As soon as we saw it we knew this was going to be our next home . The modern apartments provide minimalistic layouts which are visually pleasing.
