|Recommended: YesGood overall — good overall
|Recommended: YesFriendly and welcoming with a few caveats — Apartments are great, everything is new, amenities are kept clean and top notch. Parking for guests has been a significant issue, with previous management not offering any despite assurances at move in to multiple tenants that they would. Hopefully this is fixed - there's plenty of room. Otherwise a great community, with multiple events to get to know neighbors.
|Recommended: YesI think it is a nice place — Fantastic
|Recommended: YesOverall is pretty good except needs better security, our car was broken into. — Desk concierge could be friendlier. Management is very friendly. Needs more security. Our car was broken into and we had items stolen. This was in the garage on the 2nd level.
|Recommended: YesIncredible living community — It's certainly one of the best complexes in downtown LA
|Recommended: YesGreat to Live Here — It's very nice. Amenities are great, but sucks that we aren't able to use them at the moment due to COVID-19. Unit is spacious and modern. Also has a great view of DTLA. Some things that suck - No guest parking - The sinks are shallow and the water coming out the faucet will splatter all over counters when washing hands or dishes - Lots of flies outside the entrance of the building - In the gym people leave used towels on equipment and don't put back weights - Sometimes people don't pick up after their dog
|Recommended: YesReview — Great
|Recommended: YesGreat but enforce parking garage please. There are some weirdos that sneak in there and just loiter in the garage and smoke. it's creepy. — Don't pay for parking. If you just wait outside for 1-2 mins, you can easily sneak into the garage and avoid paying 200 a month.
